Ordering & Receiving

Do you offer delivery?

We offer free local delivery within 5 miles of downtown Huntington Beach, CA. Deliveries beyond will incur a $10-$15 delivery fee based on location. We currently service LA, OC, SD & select area codes in San Bernardino & Riverside Counties.

Can I pick up my order in person?

Yes, orders can be picked up from the Heirbloomerie shop between 9-5PM Monday - Saturday.

Do you offer shipping?

Currently we do not offer shipping but are working to roll out nationwide shipping. Please sign up for our newsletter to get the latest updates and sweet deets!

Do you offer customized bouquets?

While we do not allow for you to choose specific flowers, we do have a variety of customization options available for our bouquet bundles. Our Bunting Bundles & Bloombag Bundles can be customized with various embroideries. See more here!

When will I receive my flowers?

Orders must be placed (3) business days in advance to guarantee timely delivery.

Orders

Can I cancel my order?

Please contact us directly to cancel your order. Orders can be canceled up to 24 hours before delivery. Please note that once orders are processed & fulfilled they cannot be canceled. Refunds for canceled orders will be processed and posted in 3-5 business days.

Can I change my order once placed?

Due to processing times and prep work to fulfill your order, we may not always be able to update orders after they’ve been placed. Please contact us directly with your order number as soon as possible to confirm if we can make your desired changes.

My stems arrived and they’re not so sweet, can you help me with quality issues?

We’re sorry for the sour experience, but we’re here to help! For quality issues please email us directly as hello@heirbloomerie.com with subject line “Quality Issue.” Please include your order number, a brief explanation of the issue & photo of the arrangement. We will work with you for a sweet solution.

Heirbloomerie, The Sweet Story

How did HB start?

Heirbloomerie started, at first, by accident. When founder, Kate McKenna, was in college studying fashion, she received a lovely bouquet from her now fiancé (and Team HB partner) Matt. As she took a break from working on a dress design to arrange her flowers, it dawned on her how beautiful the flowers and fabric looked together. From there the idea for Heirbloomerie was planted; What if all flowers came wrapped up in a pretty piece of fabric instead of plastic? She then began researching and drafting her ideas while simultaneously working her way up in the fashion industry as a designer. During this time Kate began to learn just how wasteful the fashion industry is & saw the opportunity to recycle fabrics as apart of the Heirbloomerie mission. What first started off as our OG Bunting Bundles, soon morphed into our signature Bloombag. Kate combined her love of fashion, florals and flavors into a delicious three-layer trifle. Today, Heirbloomerie, focuses on creating purposeful products that not only help our environment, but promote joy through memorable moments and sweet keepsakes.
